The restaurant is pleasantly located in a central downtown spot. While the surrounding area is very busy and noisy, the interior offers a welcome contrast - quiet, clean, and well-kept. The décor is distinctive, blending boho, Turkish, Lebanese, Syrian, and Italian influences, with plenty of plants and bamboo chairs that create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The staff are attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. The menu offers a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes, many leaning toward a Lebanese flavor profile. Expect unusual options, some may require explanation, so don’t hesitate to ask the staff for guidance. Many dishes include sweet-and-sour combinations and nuts.
That said, food portions are on the smaller side, especially considering the high prices. If you are quite hungry, you may need to order at least three dishes to feel satisfied. Overall, this is a lovely spot if you’re seeking a calm, stylish place to unwind after a busy day, particularly if you enjoy experimenting with new flavors. Personally, I might return more for a drink and the beautiful atmosphere than for a full meal, as the portions and pricing...

The food is simply outstanding. Their handmade pasta is cooked to perfection, with rich and flavorful sauces that taste like they came straight from an Italian nonna’s kitchen. The wood-fired pizzas have the perfect balance of crispy crust and gooey cheese, and the selection of fine wines pairs beautifully with every dish.

Read moreHad a strong start but went downhill within weeks. There are a couple strong dishes but the kitchen will randomly serve you cheap substitutions if a dish runs out (a plate of melted cheddar cheese instead of halloumi?) and the service had no idea what it's doing. Staring at you for minutes from across the room instead of taking orders, walking away from the table if you're not ready to order and instead have a question about a dish. Also the cleanliness behind the bar is appalling, three teenagers splashing around with juices and making a mess. Too bad, it could've been great.
Edit to address the restaurant's comment saying: "If a particular component is unavailable, we simply take the dish off the menu until it can be served as intended." This is simply not true. The manager apologised and said the kitchen served us cheddar because they had just catered to a large group and ran out of halloumi. They admitted it on the spot, so I don't know what it is you want to dispute...
