E NOCI Bistro — Restaurant in Cairo

We celebrated my sister’s graduation last night at E NOCCI and had an absolutely wonderful experience dining on their private boat. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. I spoke with Aya on the phone for the booking, and she referred me to Mr. Ahmed, the manager, who made sure everything was perfectly arranged for us. Once on board, the staff went above and beyond. The waiters were extremely attentive, cooperative, and genuinely friendly, which added so much to our evening. A special thanks to our waiter Abdullah, who made the night run so smoothly and ensured we had everything we needed. We spent about 2.5 hours on the boat, and I have to say—the sound system is honestly the best I’ve ever seen on a boat, which made the atmosphere even better. As for the food, it did not disappoint. We tried several pizzas and pastas, but my personal favorite was the Risotto, truly one of a kind! The pesto pasta with chicken and the passion pineapple mojito were also very delicious and refreshing. went there on valentine’s day with my friend. we didn’t have any reservation but the staff was so friendly and welcoming and hosted us either way. the atmosphere and the service were amazing. all the staffs are super nice and happy to serve. the savory food was delicious with no complaints from my part or my friend. everything was excellent until we decided to get dessert. the desserts were truly disappointing… we got the “fire brownie” hoping it would be a big piece of soft and very very chocolaty brownie that just came out of the oven with a scoop of ice cream on top.. it was nothing like that. a small block of cake (no way that was a brownie) was served in a hot pan with an ice cream scoop. the cake itself was really cold and really REALLY hardened.. after that disappointing experience, we ordered another plate of dessert which was the “cookie dough”. we were served a hot pan of cookie dough fresh out of the oven with a scoop of ice cream as well. this dish was everything we thought the “fire brownie” would be but wasn’t. the “cookie dough” was better than the “fire brownie” but as a stand-alone dish, it was...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at E NOCI Bistro and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was simply superb, inviting, and beautifully designed. It struck the perfect balance between elegant and cozy, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish we tried was fresh, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared. The ingredients were clearly top-notch, and the chef’s skill in bringing out the best in each dish was evident in every bite.

On top of that, the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations or answer any questions without being intrusive. Their warmth added an extra layer to an already fantastic experience.
