Nile Season Hotel — Hotel in Cairo

DON"T GO TO THIS PLACE.... YOU WILL REGRET IT

The worse experience I have ever had. I shouldn't have booked such hotel but its location was the reason I chose it and I was deceived by the reviews. I personally booked three nights for me with my family and paid the deposit by hand 10 days before my check in date, and have chosen the room with nile view..I was so clear about my request that I want a room for three with balcony as we had a smoker and a special medical case that can't exist next to smoke.

The hotel asked for extra money for the room with balcony and I paid it. But when we came to check in, there was no room with balcony and not even with a window! And even though they already had the deposit 10 days earlier and the receipt included the check in and out times and the room specifications , but still there was no available rooms!

And even though I got really upset and I told them about the medical case, they offered us a very small room with no ventilation!! No window or balcony! And another room that is small and with a very small window that opens at the atrium!! I asked to talk to the owner of the place and he refused to talk to me!! Instead he asked his employee to tell us that "This is what is available and they had to give our booked room to a guest that extended his stay."!!!!

THIS SHOULDN"T BE CALLED A HOTEL!! ON WHAT BASES IT HAS THREE STARS?!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE AND NO CREDIBILITY OR PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!!

I have never heard of a hotel that accepts to take a deposit for booking and then give your room to another guest and treat people that rudely!!

The place is below average and I have never been through such experience I booked another ACTUAL hotel, and left.

DON"T GET FOOLED.... THIS IS NOT A DECENT PLACE FOR YOUR STAY.

it's not bad but the the working staff are rude half of the people who commented on the review are people working there and they have a free wifi but it's so slow and they don't go with what you booked , i booked a room on the nile but they changed it and said it's not on the nile and they but me in a closed room with no windows and said that our room is taking this moment and it will not be free until tomorrow and the place is not aper in the map it's on the side of the of a bank my review to this place it sucks hard for they treat you they are first kind and talk nice but the second you drop your bags and your stuff they don't care and talk...

السلام عليكم هذا الفندق مرمم حديثا وهو في عمارة وماخذ اجنحة من العمارة و محولها الى غرف فندقية الاجنحة في ٣ طوابق الطابق الارضي ويقع الجناح عند المدخل الرئسي و مميزاته انه مرمم ترميم جيد وتكييف جديد ولاكن العيب انه مافيه اي شبابيك يعني تحس انك داخل كهف والغرف كأنه قبر اوتابوت على الرغم من الفخامه لهذا الجناح الا ان هذا العيب يضييق النفس الجناح الثاني ويقع بالطابق الاول . وهذا الجناح هو الافضل ومرمم نفس الارضي وفيه بلكونات ومطل على الحديقه والزجاج معزول عن الصوت والسكن فيه مريح جدا ويستحق خمس نجوم الجناح الثالث والرابع ويقع في الطابق الثاني وفيه الرسبشن الاستقبال ولاكنه ليس مرمم نفس ترميم الاجنحة السابقة وليس بفخامتها ولاكنه نضيف والتكييف سبلت جداري بارد وجيد ويعيبه خصوصا الازعاج ونقل الاصوات بين الغرف وخاصه المتواجد فيه الاستقبال فلن تستطيع النوم من الاصوات لان الاصوات واضحه وعاليه جدا جدا اما بالنسبه للاخوان في ادارة الفندق والاستقبال فكلهم ودودين جدا ومحترمين جدا ولاكني انبه اي شخص يريد السكن والحجز بموقع بوكنق ان ينتبه للغرفه التي يريد ان يحجزها فيحصل ان تحجز غرفه ببلكونه ولها سعر خاص وغالي وهي بالطابق الاول وتتفاجئ لما تصل لهم بأنهم يقولون ان الغرف فل ويضعك بالغرف الثانية البديله يالطابق الارضي او الطابق الثاني وهي اقل سعر بالحجز ويحتج بانهم لم يحدثو بموقع بوكنك فيجب الاتصال عليهم مسبقا والتأكد من تواجد الغرف المتوفره حسب بوكنق ارجو ان اكون قد وفقت بالشرح...
