We stayed in this hotel in Garden City, Cairo. The area itself is actually quite nice — calm and quiet compared to many other busy parts of Cairo.
At first, when we arrived, the hotel looked a bit scary to us because everything felt unusual and we didn’t understand much. I had booked early check-in, but since the rooms were not ready yet, the staff cleaned one for us very quickly. We waited only about 40 minutes, and during that time they kindly served us coffee, so we could sit on the balcony, relax, and smoke.
The room itself was very nice — exactly what we needed just for our stay in Cairo. Towels, shower gel, and shampoo were provided, the bathroom was good, the beds comfortable, and we also had air conditioning and a small fridge. The balcony was beautiful, and overall the atmosphere inside was pleasant.
Two small things that could make the experience even better: it would be great if the hotel provided bottled water in the room and slippers for the guests.
Today is our last day here, as we continue our travels tomorrow morning, and the staff surprised us with 4 pieces of cake and 2 small bottles of juice as a complimentary gift. That was such a sweet gesture and left us with a very warm impression.
Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, I would give this one 8.5 out of 10. Nice location, quiet area, beautiful balcony, and thoughtful staff — overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
I also want to mention the staff. They are extremely polite and professional. If you have any questions or requests, like asking for more coffee or sugar in your room, they will happily bring it. Usually in Egypt, small extras like this come with an additional charge, but here they gave it to us for free. That really shows how thoughtful and...

You will get annoyed from exterior view if you are visiting Cairo first time; even we asked the driver who drop us from airport to stop while until we will check the room and confirm if all are in right place. The lift and entrance of the building is not that much suitable as a hotel
But The room; reception; corridors; lobby; balcony; wash rooms; mattress; pillows; beddings; towel and all other related is up to the standard of three star hotel
Felt very comfortable and relax while we stay there
Me and wife and kids stayed at this hotel for seven days and experienced like we were in home We were in superior delux and later we upgraded to the suite rooms We book only for one days and we stayed one week until we come back to the airport because we don’t want move to anywhere else.
House keeping team they take care of us same like Vvip guest Reception team; Nabil and other two one who wear eye glass and the other one; I forget their name; they provide super hospitality
Break fast was super simple and felt homely and healthy.
Really me and my family love the place and this is first time ever I put such long messages
Really appreciate the team and we miss you very badly
Lastly; the hotel located in garden city sounded by full of green; full of tress and best air quality which you don’t get anywhere in the middle...
Read moreFirst, the internet didn't work for the more than 1 week I stayed here. Well, it never worked for more than a few minutes at a time. And, even worse, even mobile phone internet wouldn't get a signal (but that could be a provider problem - Orange).
Secondly, the room is fine, but the entrance is worse than horrible. And it's on the 3rd floor with useless elevator (scary - didn't even try).
Finally, there was a lot of confusion with the bills and they MIGHT have ripped me off for 1 day. Could be due to internet issues. Or just amazingly unprofessional billing. I didn't get receipts for...
