McDonald's Sherif St. Down Town — Restaurant in Cairo

A spacious well located branch of McDonald's. But since it's actually downtown in one of the most busiest street in Cairo, it is crowded most of the time.

Also there is a Kids playing area which makes it attractive to families and of course that makes it even more noisey. Food is standard McDonald's quality and doesn't need any further information.

One thing I didn't like is that there was only one cashier in serving too many customers which made us wait for alonger...

The food was amazing -as usual- there was hand sanitizer as soon as you get in and marks on the ground to tell us where to stand so we can keep distance. The staff kept aware of masks and gloves. Good job for that. I ordered chicken McMuffin, egg & cheese wrap, hash brown, orange juice and Mccoffee. However, the staff had trouble recieving my order, I asked for fries and Coke but they didn't save it (maybe there was a technical issue...

My food took over 30 minutes to be delivered to my table. I waited forever before I had to go down and ask about the status of the food, and it seemed like they totally FORGOT about my order. Waited then another 7 minutes.

When I finally got it........ it was COLD. 🙃

They had one nice lady who spoke English and she was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend eating here.
