The good thing is about the nice location. Everything else is just as bad as it gets! Staff members, I don’t want to specify the couple of persons that are not up to proper customer service to save them a job; however, management, please take good care of training your employees, look into them to prevent your customers from having to deal with their psychological issues; it is just a cup of coffee and a short visit, please make it a good one.

Read moreWe loved our Starbucks experience on the Nile Boat in Cairo. We walked from our hotel, the Nile Four Seasons. We walked on the same side if the street as the hotels and shops and crossed at the bridge next to the Nile Boat. The Starbucks was clean and full if international guests enjoying their coffee and foods, the same as at home. We are from Nashville, Tennessee and love our Starbucks when we can enjoy it as part of our travels. The walk was 25 minutes each way. We walked back and just returned. It is now 7 pm.
