The Bar — Restaurant in Cairo

Wow! We stumbled into the Ritz to grab a drink and relax and found a room tucked into the side of a restaurant in the back called The Bar I think? What a gorgeous atmosphere! What truly put the icing on the cake was our waiter Mohammed Sayed. He knew every aspect of each wine that we inquired about come we’ve never once had Egyptian wines, and he hit the nail on the head. We are now avid fans of the liquid gold. This is our first night in Cairo and the service and bar just set off some high expectations for the rest of our trip....

We recently spend several days in Cairo and visited the bar many times. We had a wonderful time at this bar, thanks to staff, especially Maryam and Alber. Maryam was always welcoming and friendly with each visit. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel right at home with her welcoming smile and attentive service.
