Thanks Zeinab, Sayed, Hossam and chef Sameh. One of the most memorable breakfast experiences I’ve ever had! Colina is a gem for anyone who loves Egyptian food (or is about to fall in love with it). The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with décor that instantly transports you to the heart of Egypt — all done with great taste.

Now, the highlight of the morning: the chef himself came to our table, incredibly friendly, chatted with us for a bit, and even offered us special dishes that weren’t on the menu. That kind of personal touch is rare these days, and it made all the difference.

And the flavors? Authentic and unforgettable. Every dish had a perfect balance of spices, and you could tell everything was made with care. The koshari and molokhia were simply amazing.

Today my family and I were in the Cairo Museum. We were tired and hungry after long journey. We were a little bit afraid to search for a restaurant ( because one day before we visit restaurants with a tour guide and was no so nice like we were expecting) so having not hight expectation we ask to google for restaurant near the museum....for our surprise we find Ritz hotel and Culina restaurant ( right a side of the Cairo Museum) with amazing buffet beautiful installations and the most important incredible and lovely service. Relation quality price was really good. I have to say that took my attention the very nice variety of desserts ( gourmet) also was nice surprise to find ceviche ( was very good...well prepared)... My kids were very pleased as well and would love to come back to enjoy a excellent food...
