Pyramids moon Tower — Hotel in Giza

the room didn't match the description, the staff were unprofessional and the service was bad, there was smoking inside the property, some of my personal belongings were missing. the beds were unclean upon arrival and the original room I booked wasn't ready for me to check into for 2 days. when I contacted the hotel staff regarding leaving, 3 different individuals approached me saying they are the manager and all of them were saying different things and tried to bribe me to stay. I told them I don't feel safe staying at this property anymore. they agreed to take the money for the number of days I stayed and refund me the rest however when it came to give the refund they charged me extra and wouldn't refund me the correct amount and also returned it to me in a different currency. They also wanted me to share the payment of the commission that Booking.com takes from them. they said the commission was $70 and they wanted me to share the payment of the amount. they took $30.

They are constantly contacting a contact of mine harassing him regarding the booking instead of communicating through booking.com only. They threatened not to issue a refund if I write a bad review.
