Sky Roof Luxor — Restaurant in Luxor City

Very welcoming and helpful manager and staff, absolutely wonderful atmosphere, superb food and magnificent views from the top floor where you can see over the town to the Nile and West Bank.

Extensive Arabic menu (no English) so Google camera translate comes in handy. We had some cold mezze starters with Egyptian breads one mixed fish grill and one Chicken Fattah. It was cooked freshly and we thought perfectly, the meat and fish tender both with wonderful flavours. Because of the generous portions we didn't have a desert but the juices (we both had lemon-mint) hit the spot. The food was presented superbly, service was friendly and everyone had a warm smile. The bill was incredible value for money and we mused over how much the same meal would have cost us in one of the near-by hotels. Service langsam Getränk habe ich erst nach 30 Minuten warten zu dem Essen bekommen

Es gibt eine Speise Karte auf englisch und auf arabisch die Preise sind NICHT identisch

Auf meiner Rechnung standen jedoch die günstigen Preise der arabischen Karte drauf jedoch die Differenz wurde als '' Steuer '' angegeben und wieder drauf gerechnet zudem über 20% Servic gebür

Insgesamt ist es für Touristen eine richtige Abzocke man bezahlt hier als Ausländer einfach mehr

Klar ist das für uns nicht so viel geld wie für sie mir geht es nur ums Prinzip und aus der Kunst um sich raus zu reden

Essen war lecker Getränke etwas süß aber in Ordnung

Un endroit loin des touristes. Le chef de salle n'avait pas de carte en Anglais mais a pris le temps de nous traduire l'ensemble. Nous avons été trés bien reçu dans le respect et avec un accueil chaleureux. Les prix été conforme à la carte sans excédent à par les taxes, ce qui me semble normal. Et la vue est superbe... à découvrir, attention si vous avez des enfants ⚠️ l'ascenseur est aux normes locales ;-) pas de portes intérieurs rien...
