Paradise Lounge Restaurant ,Bar&Pizzeria — Restaurant in Red Sea

I liked this place before so much. The pool is clean, the atmosphere is nice and if you get your food it is lovely BUT since like two months there are a lot of flies so you can’t relax or eat.

Last time even if there were just a few guests i was waiting 50 minutes and they didn’t even start to make my order. After when i asked them if i could take it away because i don’t have too much time they have just started to make it.

If a guest needs to wait more than 30 minutes you should at least inform them about the waiting time…The waiters didn’t even say sorry after that…

I’m very disappointed and i don’t recommend this...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. As an Egyptian, I felt I was not treated with the respect every customer deserves. My order was significantly delayed, and the waiter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. It was obvious that he had an issue with me simply because I’m Egyptian. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s a place you should avoid at all costs. I've been a regular at Paradise Lounge Restaurant bar since it opened. The food and service are satisfactory. However, they do have a fly problem, which can be annoying when sunbathing or eating. They should consider using biological fly traps around the pool and eating area. Additionally, it's disappointing they charge 100le even in the winter months for a sun bed, especially when you are spending money on drinks and food at...
