White Elephant (Thai Restaurant) — Restaurant in Red Sea

To be honest - food is AMAZING!!! Everything from THAI Restaurant tastes great. As much as food is one part - the other is service. I do not know why but somehow somebody decided to change some staff over there. My question - why? Where is Emad? Came for dinner at 20:00, wait for menus, got them round 20:30. Another half an hour to give an order. Finally we start to eat round 21:30. Far from that staff sounds and behave like they are not presented - once they bring the order you will not find them at all and we want to order a bottle of water! Not enough that recent service is VERY slow but they are trying to win some extras from guests. Really shame. Example? Ordered a tea. Brought a small kettle with hot water (quiet big for good strong tea). So I requested one more tea bag (only tea bag!) - on the bill - 2 teas! Another example - asked for a bear as a take away - charge should be (minus discount) 72 LE. Get change back only 5 LE (from 80 LE) without even bothering to explain lack of the rest. I dont't mind tipping but when it comes from myself. When I asked the only reply was: ohhh...if you really want I will give you (and start to search inside deepest drawers).

Food, doesn't look as good as it tastes, rich flavors, good ingredients, perfect mix of herbs and spices, an amazing end product. Ambiance, quite place not very crowded, mainly a restaurant to eat and go. Service, exceptional, outstanding, genuinely friendly staff, helpful and honest waiters, George knows everything about the menu, and can be of a great help if u r not well experienced about thai, Boshra with a natural smile offered us a free dessert, but unfortunately we were full but left speachless on how the staff...

Easly the best resturant in hurghada, and the best thai resturant in all of egypt. The atmosphere, the food and the service couldn't get better anywhere. Amazing thai food prepared by a thai chef, served by profisional waiters who knows the food they serve so well, all that is such a relaxing, very romantic atmosphere.

Its a little restaurant but it is really quite a find. when we were in hurghada the last time, we went there almost everyday, and they amazed us everyday with amazing rich taste. It is a must...
