I was there for lunch today. What an amazing place …… as soon as you enter Namliya, you feel welcomed by the very friendly staff. The owner, Alfred is extremely personable. The place has a charm of it’s own. Simple and elegant.

And what a menu. Very impressive and and mouth watering. Their signature dishes are the Egyptian feteer, which was my first experience today. They have savory and sweet ones. I fell in love. Never had anything like this before. We got one stuffed with everything, sausages, pastrami, veggies, mozzarella etc etc. the second one was stuffed with bananas, apple, custard and nuts, topped with vanilla ice cream. They were crunchy and extremely delicious..

I was here on August 1st with my family and the food was really good! I ordered chicken curry with rice and it was really good. It came with potatoes and there was vegetables in the chicken. I also ordered lemonade and brownies and it also was good. This was the first time I tried it and I was surprised. It tasted like it came from an actual chef. The service was also good and not like other restaurants. The restaurant was really pretty and was unique and didn't look like other restaurants here. I look forward to coming back here soon.
