Having never stayed in Egypt before, this resort really has opened my eyes to what a fantastic destination it is, especially for some well needed winter sun. From the moment I arrived at the hotel with my Wife we were greeted with some of the best hospitality that I have had.

I stayed for 7 nights in a swim up suite with the standard all-inclusive option.

Room: I really love the room layouts here. There is a roomy bathroom area with an open cupboard with plenty of storage which is great for getting ready and keeping all of the clutter out of the bedroom. The showers were great (albeit there is a clear window into the main bedroom from the shower so make sure you are comfortable with the person that you are visiting with) and everything was clean. The room was cleaned daily, and the mini bar restocked (which is included within the all-inclusive). The cleaning on the first half of our stay was perfectly adequate, but our cleaners changed halfway through the week and the second guy was just on another level. He came to introduce himself and checked on us every day. Hel also gave us some cool romantic towel shapes and fresh flowers which were a nice little touch.

The swim ups don't get much sun (nor do any of the rooms or balconies) as they all face the sea instead, and unfortunately the sun goes behind the hotel and casts a shadow. This makes them a little too cool to use in February.

Pool: The pool area was great and heated so that it was comfortable (more comfortable with some sun, it was a little cool still if the sun was hiding which was rare but did happen on a couple of days).

The lifeguard is really friendly, greets you when you arrive and sorts you out with towels. And then there’s the staff from the bar that look after you with drinks and I have to call out Bob in particular(he said that’s his nickname I didn’t get his full name sadly). He was fantastic, looked after us really well and as he got to know more about us turned up with some great hot chocolates and made great cups of tea (along with some great mai thais too! ). He is a real credit to the hotel and made the holiday memorable!

There was also some great entertainment on here with some highlights being the pool party (don’t worry this isn’t 18-30s style most days were very chill!) and also the saxophone guy.

Beach: The swimming area is pretty shallow but it was good for cooling down and for a little bit of snorkelling. There is a small bit of reef just on the other side of the swimming area which was great to snorkel and provided lots of fish to look at. This is nowhere near as good as some of the proper reefs in the red sea it you go on a boat ride or to other areas, but I enjoy snorkelling and it was enough to keep me entertained when at the resort.

The lifeguard was great and friendly greeted us every morning we were here and brought over our towels for the day.

Dining Options:

There are umber of buffet options and a la carte options available which provided plenty of variety through the week. For most of the a la carte options we were limited to one visit during our stay.

This is one place I would like to see improved as the booking process for tea was a little clunky. You had to go to reception and use a pretty slow touch screen tv. Frustratingly the only way to see the menus was to select it on the TV, scan the QR code on your phone and then review the menu on your phone, before returning to the TV and booking your options. I would suggest getting down here on your first day and saving the Menus to your phone, and then get booked as soon as you can as there weren’t many options for us to choose from. This would be far simpler if there were some sort of app based option with all the information in one place.

Overall I really felt that this hotel was great value for money! It has so much more to do but this review would go on forever if I listed it all. The main thing that would make me visit again would be how great all the staff are at looking after you and making sure that you have...

I will probably start with an architectural solution and the design. Because this point was very well done! Modern, minimalist design, white, blue colors, small amenities in every corner really create a sense of cleanliness and space. Rooms are quite large, spacious, cozy with the jacuzzi and a very cute balcony.😊 Room cleaning service is done daily. I would dedicate 10 points for the cleanliness. The Hotel‘s area itself is green - soft grass, palm trees, tropical plants are very well maintained. The sunbeds by the pool are comfortable, towels are soft and large. The heated swimming pool is very spacious, has a jacuzzi in the middle, what is really relevant when you travel in the autumn-spring period. Lovely music is always played by the pool - from lounge, jazz elements till the coolest remixes in the middle of the day. Therefore, you always feel holidays vibes. Kind of performances are organized by the pool every few days, but let’s leave it for surprise😊 Moreover, I would like to emphasize that the DJ and the whole entertainment team with Felix do everything tastefully, unobtrusively. Guys at the bar always smile, remember your names, preferences. If you want to escape from the busier rhythm, a small beach by the sea would be the ideal place. There are the same comfortable sunbeds, you can also stretch out on the grass or chill in the Alex restaurant‘s terrasse with the view to boats, yachts, the blue, blue sea. The food in the Alex at lunch time is not impressive, but the staff will definitely take your preferences into account and the view with wine improves the situation for sure! For those, who likes to swim in the sea, there is definitely a chance to swim further. The water there is both cleaner and deeper to compare with the shore. The beach attendant Shaher is very friendly, smiles all the time, tells jokes and will fulfill all your requests. The restaurants, which we really missed so much due to Covid restrictions in our country, also made a very good impression. The main restaurant - “Gourmet Market”, is situated on the 4th floor. It has the spacious terrace, which offers a wonderful view to the whole Hotel's territory. We had breakfast and dinner here almost all the time. The inside interior is also very stylish and cozy. The kitchen offers huge variety of dishes for, I guess, every tastes. I would like to emphasize that the “gourmet” style is maintained in every detail. The pizza corner is equipped with a real baking ovens, which will really delight lovers of Italian food, because the choice of various buns, breads and pizzas is really large both at dinner and breakfast. The Pasta chef Hany was very friendly, responsible, attentive and put love in the meals preparation. He even made a personal dinner for my husband when the kitchen was already closed. Since we like Mediterranean dishes, we really enjoyed the choice of grill dishes of fish, seafood, and meat, meanwhile the choice of cold and hot vegetables with extra sauces, as well as other snacks is really wide. There is even a sushi corner with a different selection each day. And the sushi chef is very welcoming. Finger food style desserts, cheese corner are also presented with the style. The atmosphere inside is very cozy and also incorporated with modern elements. Sometimes there is a life music. The service style could be a good example for our country's restaurant industry. Such speed, hospitality and friendliness can probably only be expected in southern countries. Especially, thank you very much to Mahmoud Yousef! The whole hotel’s personnel team is truly top notch! Very hospitable, kind and caring!. You really always feel in the center of the attention. We had the possibility to communicate quite a lot with the hotel manager, who impressed us by her desire of improvements in even very small things and the creation of an exceptional atmosphere. And she’s really doing very well! Thank you, guys, for an...

Where do we begin our story as every moment of our stay was out of this world and more than a person can ask for. All of the staff were unbelievable from the top to the bottom of the ladder. We tried the Steigenberger ALDau last year which was an amazing experience but the Pure made it even more amazing.

Our experience started when we met Ahmad at the reception desk who met us with a big smile and made us feel comfortable during the check in process. We also met Mandy the GM who listened to our feedback with positive attitude with the will to make things even better.

Now we come to our experience with the pool restaurant with the amazing Amin who is always on the run the whole day with a big smile always on his face with the great conversations we had with him Amin always made sure we stayed hydrated the whole day. Sobhy and Emad at the Pure Chill Bar who made sure our lunches are always a pleasure to have at their tables. Their service is so amazing to a point they offered us to ask for what we desire to eat even if it off the menu and they made it happen.

Elia, ohh Elia, with his beautiful smile and attitude making sure we are having our lunch on time every day. He will look at us and point to us that it is time for lunch and to come over. His service is more than excellent and always polite and pleasant to speak to. Mustafa also helped Elia and made sure we are always taken care of all the time with his smile which never stops.

Ahmed, Hassan and Megahed on the pool always made sure we are taken care off with fresh towels and finding a great spot to soak under the sun. They are always on the run and going around making sure our umbrella is working to our advantage.

Now we go to the Gourmet restaurant on the fourth floor with its amazing views all day long. Mina with his amazing smile and greetings who never forgot for one day what we drink every morning from coffee to the juice. I drink decaf coffee black and my wife needs a special milk with her American coffee which he had ready for her everyday. Alaa as well made sure we are having a great time all the time with his big smile. Also Eman who met us every morning at the entrance with her smile and made sure we had a great seat. Chef Tamer also made sure to come over and ask us about our experience with the food and listened to our feedback with a big smile.

Mohamed Khairy was a pleasant to talk to with his beautiful smile and information.

At Alex Beach Club, the whole staff made us feel so special with lots of attention to details. We had our romantic dinner there in the evening and all was more than we had expected from the arrangements, the food, the setup and the music. Mario made sure we are having a blast with our occasion and his smile stayed with us for the whole evening. Mario's attention to details made the evening a blast by enjoying every moment of it. Asaad also made sure we were enjoying our time and kept checking on us with his smile. Wael on the violin was so amazing and his music is so relaxing and beautiful as him.

The house keeping staff (sorry for forgetting the names) were so amazing and making sure we are not missing anything and being taken care off right away.

Alaa playing the flute was so beautiful and out of this world and Maged with his beautiful shisha especially the floating one where he kept on making sure we are being taken care of.

Many thanks to all of the managers (sorry for forgetting the names) but all were amazing and helpful all the time during our stay. Mayer took a problem we had with the room very seriously and managed to fix the issue in no time. Thank you Mayer for everything.

Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle will be on our next plan when we visit Egypt again as our stay was out of this world. Keep it up everyone and we wish you the best and hope to see you all...

A Dream Vacation at Pure Lifestyle – Simply Unbeatable! Our stay at Pure Lifestyle (couple in our late 20s and early 30s) was nothing short of spectacular. We were lucky to enjoy a stunning Jacuzzi Suite with breathtaking views over the beautifully manicured golf course and the azure waters of the Red Sea beyond. June gifted us with endless sunshine and temperatures just above 40°C – wonderfully hot and perfect for sun lovers. The pool area and beach are true havens of relaxation – stylish, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed for adults. If children or guests from neighboring hotels happen to wander in, staff discreetly and professionally ensure that the space remains exclusive. The loungers – more like luxurious daybeds – are incredibly comfortable and invite you to unwind for hours. Culinary-wise, Pure Lifestyle is a dream for gourmets. Whether you prefer fish, meat, vegetarian or vegan options, every taste is catered to with finesse. Due to religious reasons, pork isn’t served – but you won’t miss it. From shrimp and salmon to lamb shanks, veal chops, Eggs Benedict, and local delicacies – every meal was a delight. We especially loved the included 4-course dinner at Alex and the delicious mezze at Tanga Restaurant – both true highlights. But what truly sets this resort apart is its staff – the heart and soul of the Pure Lifestyle experience. We’ve stayed in many top-tier resorts – from Robinson Clubs to TUI 5-star hotels and luxury cruises – but the service here outshines them all. A heartfelt thank you to Amen and Ali at the pool bar for the best cocktails and unforgettable moments. Also to Ahmed and Roushdy at Alex, and to Maryam and Hager who looked after us during breakfast, cleaned our sunglasses daily, and brought us delightful little treats – all without us ever needing to ask. Drinks arrived within minutes and were always accompanied by thoughtful recommendations. A special thanks as well to Tamer, the hotel manager, who hosts a weekly cocktail evening, personally visits each table, listens to feedback, and often makes requested changes happen within a day. In short: we had an absolutely fantastic time. Thank you to the entire team – I wish I could name every one of you. You’re amazing, and we’re already counting down the days until we return!

The best hotel we have visited so far! We're not snobbish, but on vacation (due to work work work) we can afford a little more luxury. But what we got at Pure Lifestyle left us completely speechless. We actually wanted to change to the Al-Dau (which doesn't have to hide from the SPL in terms of quality, but simply has a different concept), but canceled that and extended it here. Our room (0005 Swim-up Suite) was a dream: super large, incredibly clean, heated pool (27°C) and a beautiful jacuzzi bathtub. Rounded off by a streaming-capable television and a well-stocked minibar with very tasty hotel treats upon arrival.Upon arrival there was a welcome cocktail in the great and wonderfully fragrant lounge. We didn't experience a single employee here who wasn't effortlessly nice. Everyone had a conversation and a laugh here and there. So incredibly good hosts (Thank you Merna, Roshdy, Samuel and Elias and all others). The food concept is great all day long and at a high level that we had never experienced before. The drinks are always great, even cocktails that aren't on the menu are mixed, the main thing is that you're happy. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxed; we didn't experience any loud or annoying fellow holidaymakers here. Anyone who has intolerances or allergies is in wonderful hands. Many dishes are prepared fresh, individually and in front of your own eyes. If you can't find anything here from all the selection, you're crazy. The music (live!) entertainment by the pool or in the evening in the lounge and Gourmet Makrket is also great. I could go on raving for hours, but everything positive really doesn't do justice to the current situation here. Big compliments to the entire workforce!
