The food was fine and the service is also pretty good. We got the fajitas and onion rings. Both were fine. However, the fajitas did not come with much of what was stated on the menu. We were missing beans, guacamole, and jalapeno. Actually I understand that it's hard to source ingredients, but guacamole can be made super easy. Avocado is in every market in Egypt. So some of it is just cost saving. Still, not that big of an issue. The amount of tortilla served with it was only one tortilla cut into 4 pieces though. I asked for another one, was NOT told it was an additional cost, but was charged anyway. It's like this guys, I know you're cutting corners by not having the ingredients you advertise. Love the food and the atmosphere.
Cons:
I wish they had a delivery service to local residences. As a disabled person it's sometimes so difficult to get dressed to go all the way inside to Naama Bay just to eat here. Taxis & private cars are not allowed inside so it is a very long and arduous walk from the top of Naama Bay just for me to get to the restaurant - even with use of a walking aid.
When the manager Mr Fady is not present other staff members become too relaxed in their customer service delivery. I have experienced repeated displays of a lazy and sluggish service attitude when ordering.

Atmosphere. Here you will meet friendly and carefull staff that speak english well. Interior have nothing special. There were 2 or 3 TVs with football match while we were eating)
Food. Very mediocre food. Not super good but definitely not bad. You might find that portions are small. At least we did (ordered chicken curry and sweet&sour chicken, rice inclided if you wonder). So maybe you will want to order like 3 dishes for 2 adults.
