Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Sinai

The restraunt will not honor website order price, they try to charge you more on delivery. This has happened to me multiple times.

this issue has happened 3 times in 2 weeks and has been happening for 3 years...

Update I received a phone call from Pizza Hut complete apology, my next order free of charge!

Update having offered apology and free order they refused to honour this.

Update after hours on phone to cairo they gave me 2 free pizzas, delivery driver knocked on door pretty much threw them at me and ran.

I can not belive how badly this company operates and treats their customers.

I have done nothing wrong. Nothing please remember this Pizza Hut 🍕

Excellent pizzas, soft and freshly made pizza doughs. Ambience is ok. Terrible service, racist waiting staff. We asked for Garlic Bread, we were told no garlic bread, not in Stock. When we finished food and walking out, we saw people having garlic bread, when asked how come they have and we didn't, we were told, it's not for u, we don't want to give u. The staff is a scam, the restaurant is a scam, one you pay them any money, they do not give you change back, when asked for a change for the bill amount paid, we don't give out change as its our policy and we don't keep coins. The staff here are terribly rude. The experience I had at the pizza hut was unfortunately disappointing. Despite the promising aroma of freshly baked pizza, the overall visit was marred by subpar service. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, making it challenging to place an order and receive any assistance. Furthermore, the wait time for food was significantly longer than expected, and when the order did arrive, it was not as I had requested.

The lack of communication and willingness to address customer concerns was evident, and it contributed to a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. It's unfortunate that the poor service overshadowed what could have been a delightful...
