Tšungel — Restaurant in Tallinn

I came across this store by chance. I was on vacation in Tallinn with my sons for a few days and one of the things we wanted to see was Telliskivi. As the weather was rather mixed, we quickly looked for somewhere dry where we could grab a quick bite to eat. By chance, we came across the Tŝungel. The store is really very creatively designed, with attention to detail and the buses that line the seats outside, everything looks great, topped by the really great food, we had waffles in creations that I haven't seen anywhere else and whose combination ideas I would never have come up with - but they were great and tasted great. The whole thing was rounded off by a very nice team that provided fast and absolutely impeccable service. We were completely delighted and will be happy to return if we ever find ourselves in...

Before I sat down, I asked if I could eat here because I was hungry, and was told that of course I would find something to eat, don't worry. So I picked one of the more expensive soups as far as I've seen prices for soups. 12 euros is quite a lot for an outdoor restaurant in my opinion. I asked if the soup was rich enough, and was assured that it was very. Well, when I got home I still had to cook, I didn't get full, although the soup was Ramen type, really tasty, jungle-like. If the price of the soup was lower, I would have eaten something else, but the menu has a bigger selection of drinks. So this place is more for having fun when it's hot, for a refreshing cold beer or some koteil, I had a glass of jungle beer and I got quite cold, just the weather in Tallinn didn't make me feel warm...

the venue, service and food were all amazing. the waffles I had completely changed my conception about what it means to enjoy a sunday brunch - every bite took me closer to the time my lips first tasted honey, that sweet juice of early summer and feelings of joy and wellbeing, as I carried on with my meal the border between me and the waffle slowly disappeared until I realised that I myself had become the waffle and the waffle that had been was in fact tasting me, alas my eyes opened and had it not been for my strong quads keeping me on the chair, I would've floated away with the angels who had come to praise the incomparable waffle. at...
