NOY City — Restaurant in Tallinn

It's a great place for tourists and people who want to dine and really feel filled. Anyone can say that some place has better food than another place and maybe if I had gone there for only food I could be more critical, I didn't do that. My foreign friends were full and took the food to go after our dinner, because the portion were big and I also did feel satisfied. Also even though I thought the staff a bit flustered, maybe because of the clients, maybe som else, they reacted nicely to a multilingual company of five, with two tolerably or well behaving kids and were polite and even if something in the menu was actually depleted or not there, they acted totally well and nice with us and tried their best to replace it with something else. So, I would recommend going there, definitely not anything bad to say about the dinner or location nor the establishment...

I have been there several times and faced no problems with service and food quality, but when I visited this place last time it was horrible: no greetings from waitress, she just threw menu on our table and went away, we waited and waited but she still didn't come to us, she passed by several times just ignoring us, the other waitress already managed to serve clients who came after us. When our patience ended we came to bar to ask what is going on, we met our waitresses there and she claimed that she was busy with her clients, Ok, it looked like she didn't even classify us as her clients, during the discuss nobody offered us to continue to stay at this establishment, so we just walked away with empty stomachs and wasted time. We were planning on having a nice last vacation night's meal with my girlfriend. Instead we were presented with a soggy menu, waited for ages and finally got unwelcomingly served two disappointments of a dish: the tuna gratin was a dried lump of tin-like tuna on a bed of Costco-tier tomato sauce and pale white greasy cheese while the chicken prawn was a mixed bag of vegetables and meat floating in a pool of oil that still somehow achieved in being void of any flavors. I'm at ave of the many good reviews I can read for this venue, possibly one is assumed to only order a hookah and drink...
