Due to new system of self service I couldn't shake the feeling of anxiety that I'd miss something. The hall waitress didn't much explain either without prompting, but were polite overall.

Food was great and if you like this kind of fast food service then it'll definitely beat McDonald's any day of the week.

So overall good food but the service model doesn't quite fit.

We had the pumpkin soup and a couple of pizzas. The pizza dough is true to Italian (Nepal?) pizza with leopard spots and all. The bruchettas are a good fresh bite.

Future reccommendation. Order them one at the time. All foods will be prepared at the same time and the self service is fast. So if you like your food piping hot that's one aspect to be aware of.

The restaurant could implement a delay timer(or not?) but at the speed that food is prepared you're better off just digesting the previous meal over some drinks while the new order is being cooked.

But a warning would be nice when you order a large batch while dining in.

Orders definitely need a numbering system. You and someone else might order the same thing but with different additives and variations. (Extra garlic, more chili,...

I went here for lunch on my first full day back in Tallinn. I wanted to pop back here for a bit of a trip down memory lane, as I used to live in Tallinn and would visit here occasionally with friends to eat. I went for the Devil pizza (€9.90), which was tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, peppers, and red onion. I also added some pancetta cubes to mine, too (€1.60). The base was nice and thin and crispy, but not too dry or soft, and there were plenty of topplings also...the tomato sauce was fine, and the mozzarella adequate for what I paid. Good salami and nice and salty pancetta also. I'll be honest...I've never a bad pizza in a Vapiano, the standard is always very good, and I've been to them all over Europe! The service is minimum these days...I ordered from the touch screen and went and collected my pizza when they txt my phone. Only 4 stars as it is a very good pizza for a chain restaurant, but it isn't quite 5 quality for me. It's worth a visit if you're in the city and want something familiar or somewhere you've...

We needed something to eat after having a really fun experience at the Escape Room called DaVinci at InGame around the corner. (which I also can recommend) Then Vapiano was perfect when some of us wanted pasta and I wanted salad. I tried the Deliziosa salad which I could recommend if you like goat cheese and beetroot. And the kombucha with jasmine was really wonderful! But the recommended Reef’n Beef wasn’t any extra.

It was easy getting things ordered, even if I didn’t quite get if I should come back for the food when it was ready or wait at the desk. It was a nice environment and very friendly staff, specially when paying. She was really nice!

I really liked that you could have a menu in English and the information about which one was vegan, gluten free and lactose free (see photo)

There is a few parking lots just outside the restaurant, and a car park behind the house.

But the music was a little to bit too loud if you want to talk...

I noticed a bit of eagerness from the bar staff when I expressed a preference to wait for my meal before ordering drinks. Despite my intention, the bartender checked my receipt and proceeded with the drink and desert order. This might have been a slight mix-up, perhaps a language barrier at play. Nonetheless, this was just a minor blip in an overall enjoyable visit. The food was scrumptious, and the atmosphere was delightfully relaxed. The tiramisu wasn’t quite to my taste, owing to its strong liquor flavor, but the main dish was delectable and added to my positive experience. I’m looking forward to returning and would definitely recommend this place to my friends to come as a group. :)
