Estonian Burger Factory — Restaurant in Tallinn

Biggest disappointment in Tallinn! We expected a lot after reading so many good reviews. Outside still okay, inside we couldn’t choose a table but had to wait to be guided to a table. Table was still dirty! Staff cleaned it after a few minutes with a wet, who knows how dirty, cloth. The atmosphere was kinda typical fast food location, not really cosy. Burgers were served almost cold! Burgers came without fries. Fries can be ordered additionally. That makes a standard sized Burger and fries more than 20 Euro! We were also asked to pay even before everyone had finished with eating, just because we did not want to order anything else. There were plenty of tables available for new guests. We did not feel as guests, food average and overpriced....

I ask the waiter what came on the "smokey bacon burger" he said mayonnaise & ketchup. I told him I was allergic to mayo and that I wanted the burger plain no ketchup. He seemed like he was in a rush taking our order, given there was no one else in the restaurant When he brought our order he brought my burger with ketchup. I brought the burger back and told him it had ketchup. Four minutes later he brought back the same burger with ketchup almost like they attempted to scrape it of and who knows what else they did to it. They didn't even have the decency to change out the bun. The bacon did not looked cooked either. I don't know what they did to the burger but it ruined my meal. I don't recommend this place. Horrible...

I have tried twice to eat a burger on this place (because it has good comments) but I gave up and that is why I left this comment. The first time we went on a Friday afternoon and they were out of chicken (aren't they prepared to sell on a weekend day?) anyway we ended up ordering a Cuban sandwich that had two slides of pork ham, cheese and NO pickles (although it said it on the menu) and that's it. 2 Cubans, some fries and a beer €40!!! I felt robbed. The second time we went on a Friday at 9.15pm, we sat down and no one came... until I got up to ask and they told me that the kitchen was already closed (they could have saved me from wasting 10 minutes sitting) anyway, I won't be back again and I won't...
