Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn — Hotel in Tallinn

I read the reviews about the hotel only after I had booked the room. I was concerned about the place. On the first day everything was nice: quick check-in with nice receptionist, clean room. As a criticism I could mentioned the lack of traditional, normal cabinet. We stayed here for 3 nights but it was extremely hard to put away our belongings in the room. The next day we returned to a beautifully cleaned room, even towels were changed. I even wanted to write a review there about how people complain about everything, this hotel is great! Then, the next days arrived: no cleaning at all, nothing was cleaned! As my hair fell down it was left there, the trash was not taken out froom the bathroom - but the used plastic bottles were !!! because she could change them for money :D ridiculous. The next day there was still no proof of cleaning when I went to the housekeeper to ask for at least clean mugs. She was cleaning another room when I asked her, you will never believe what happened: she grabbed the mugs with her bare hands that was cleaning with, took them to the bathroom of that room and started cleaning them under the sink with those dirty hands (and she talking on the phone the whole time of course). I rather didn't want the mugs back. Other criticism: the floor in the bathroom was fully wet after each shower but it is still OK. You cannot turn off the AC, max increase the room temperature, but the noise was very annoying after a time.

To mention some good parts: IF the room is clean, it's a nice place to stay, the location is great, in the heart of Tallinn, couldn't wish for a better location. The staff was nice. The breakfast was okay too, eventough there was not many options of eggs, still everyone can find the ones they like.

All in all, I'd recommend this hotel due to the location and price but the cleanness is unnacceptable if it continous...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Inn by Radisson Tallinn last May 2023, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and efficient.

The location of the hotel was a walking distance from the port, mall and old town. Situated in the heart of Tallinn, it offers convenient access to the city's main attractions, including the charming Old Town. I found it easy to explore the city on foot from this central location, and public transportation options were also readily available.

The rooms at the Park Inn by Radisson Tallinn were comfortable and well-designed. They were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable throughout my stay. We particularly appreciated the large windows that provided beautiful views of the city. But its a bit weird that the TV was situated on the right side of the bed and there was no bidet in the toilet!😅

The hotel's dining options were impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.

One aspect that stood out during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were consistently polite, professional, and attentive to guests' needs.

In terms of value, the Park Inn by Radisson Tallinn offered a great balance of quality and affordability. The rates were reasonable considering the level of comfort, service, and amenities provided.

Overall, I highly recommend the Park Inn by Radisson Tallinn to anyone visiting Tallinn. With its central location, comfortable accommodations, excellent dining options, and exceptional service, it offers a delightful stay that exceeds...

Ok hotel - although it won't dazzle you like for example Nordic Hotel Forum does. But if you compare prices, you'll understand why and if you want "dazzle", you have to pay for it more.

What I like about this hotel is that It is close to harbor, so you can walk here quickly and easily, even if you arrive at terminal A It is at the city center, so you can walk to Viru center, old town, cinema... anywhere at the city center very easily Rooms are stylish, they have adjustable air conditioning.. This is a modern hotel with everything you need Breakfast is a 4 star breakfast, you will get salty and sweet stuff, lots of different kinds of coffee choices, lots of juices... All and only thing that I missed at the breakfast was bacon, bacon, bacon... but if you can live without it, breakfast is great Hotel has it's own restaurant, prices are a a bit higher than on surrounding restaurants but not as high as on some hotels/hotel restaurants, at these prices you actually can eat here :) And of course, walk less than 50 meters and you have 2 other restaurant choices already...

If I think about what I didn't like... well... view was quite terrible... next building, which was under construction was very close and parking lot + backsides of many building looked quite sad/bad - but if I think about hotel itself, then nothing comes to my mind, can't blame anything, can't see negative things...

A little reminder... If you have walking disabilities, problems climbing up stairs etc. make the staff aware of this when you book a room. On some floors, some rooms were behind couple of stair steps (after elevator you needed to climb couple of steps). There is easy access for most of the rooms, but as said, some rooms require climbing few...
