Don't try to use their website for purchasing tickets unless you can read Estonian. If you try to complete the purchase on the website using English when you enter your card details, thenget to the point completing the purchase, the web page switches to Estonian. Then you won't understand your supposed to click some non-existent button on the page to return to the vendor's web site, otherwise you won't get your tickets. We tried 3 times to buy tickets and finally went across the lobby to speak to the hotel staff. "Jane" could see I attempted a purchase, but told me I had to come back later to get my tickets. Margit was an extremely engaging and informative guide who shared a lot of interesting historical information as well as personal anecdotes which really made the history come to life. It was a small group, which I think added to the experience. The museum itself is very small, but gives a very interesting snapshot as to what life was like in Soviet Estonia at the time. The view during the tour is likely also one of the best in Tallinn, in my opinion. Read moreMy family and I visited the museum on 8th July and ONCE inside we thought it was very interesting and informative. The young female ticket seller at the reception desk however, should not be allowed to be public facing....Rude, ignorant and unwelcoming would probably accurately describe her without going into great insulting detail. Indeed I was amazed we as a group didn't about turn and walk out, such was her attitude towards us and other customers. (Though looking back now with some amusement, we thought with hindsight that she was actually a good KGB fit and in keeping with the venue). Having ventured thus far to Tallinn, we weren't going to let this individual cause us to miss out. Beware...
