Ragu cafe — Restaurant in Tallinn

I am giving this place 3 stars instead of zero because I live next door and have been coming to this place for breakfast or to work on my laptop while enjoying fresh orange juice in the afternoon. Usually it's pretty good. Indifferent service but very decent breakfast and cozy atmosphere. Today I had a pretty bad experience though. My friend and I met there for a short lunch break, and ordered business lunch. My friend was waiting for over 30 minutes, while people who came after us got the same order before us. I used to be a regular visitor but lately the prices resemble an old town restaurant. A simple cafe with a non-prime location should not ask for the same prices as prime location restaurants. Will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed. The service has declined since the cafe got new owners, the place is nothing like it was 2 years ago.

A decent Italian type of restaurant/cafe with an amazing wine selection. They make delicious stone oven pizzas that aren't expensive. The only problem for me was that the Italian food wasn't fully authentic ie using typical "parmesan" instead of parmigiano regiano. In fact it seems as if that was the only cheese they had.
