Viru Kebab baar — Restaurant in Tallinn

Very rude owner. I was waiting for my friend for a lunch sitting behind a table when some random guy approached me saying that i'm sitting behind his table. I looked around and didn't see any stuff on the table or on the chairs. He went to sit behind another table. I was confused, thought it's some drunk guy who is looking for ways to get to know me. There were several free tables and i had an ice cream before meeting my friend. The guy never introduced himself nor said he's the owner, and that i cannot come with my own food. He didn't say anything like 'You're not allowed to bring your own food. Instead he accused me for sitting behind the table, then commented what i was doing on my phone ( i was watching funny video and it was unpleasant when a stranger is checking what you're watching or reading on your phone) and then said it's not governmental seats or smth. Then i started realising that he might be the owner, so i've asked him if he was one. Eventually he insisted on me leaving. I said that i'm waiting for a friend. But eventually I left, said i'm never gonna come back to this place again, met my friend and we chose another place for lunch and wine. I guess small businesses are thriving so much in this country that owners let themselves to be rude to customers instead of being polite. Good luck with...

4 Star for the food, 1 Star for the attitude. The food here is quite okay. I tried a few burgers – most of them were decent, but the chicken burger didn’t taste that great. It lacked flavour and felt a bit dry. On the other hand, the other burgers were better and more enjoyable.

One thing that could be improved is the customer service. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall experience.

Esperienza negativa. Siamo arrivati con volo serale a Tallinn e dopo aver fatto un primo giro del centro storico, volevamo consumare qualcosa di veloce e non molto impegnativo. Il locale si presenta bene ed è situato in una posizione molto centrale e strategica. Cibo e servizio però, mi spiace dirlo, ma non ci sono piaciuti.. Presente solo una persona che prendeva ordinazioni, serviva e gestiva la cassa, quindi il tutto era molto lento. Pita kebab molto piccola e non si vedono ingredienti e girarrosto, probabilmente la carne è già pronta e viene tutto riscaldato al momento. Quanto al servizio, attenzione, soprattutto ai pagamenti!!! Abbiamo ordinato due pite kebab e due birre medie, per un conto di 20€, pagato subito con carta. (5€ cadauno e prezzi esposti). Ci vengono servite le due pite senza le birre. A panino quasi finito, dopo aver sollecitato più volte le bevande, venivano servite le due birre. Avendo ancora appetito, ordinavamo una sola pita e a questo punto la sorpresa, mi veniva messo davanti il pos con l'importo di 15€. Chiesto subito spiegazioni del perché stessi pagando la stessa pita precedentemente pagata 5€ con un prezzo decisamente più alto e diverso da quanto esposto, mi veniva riferito che nel conto ci fossero anche le birre (le due servite in ritardo). Fatto notare che erano già state pagate, con fare vago e sorpreso, riferiva di non ricordarsi (eravamo 6 persone nel locale e il conto era stato fatto 10 minuti prima).
