I attended this restaurant 2 days ago and had the buffet lunch which was delicious. Staff were very attentive, friendly and eager to please. The place was light, bright and airy.

So impressed was I that I decided to go back yesterday (19 December 2019) to sample the evening menu.

The room was so dark, we couldn't read the menu, but this wasn't a major issue, and when our meals arrives we asked to be moved to a table directly under the light as we could not see what we were eating.

I ordered half a roast chicken with roast potatoes (potato wedges). The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked and I struggled to swallow it. I told the waiter who took it away, chopped it up and smothered it with sauce and brought it back, even though I told him that this would not solve the problem. Eventually I gave up trying as it was getting stuck in my throat. Not even water would shift it. I told the waiter that I could not eat it.

When the bill arrived, I was amazed to seee the full cost of my meal. I asked to see the manager twice, and spoke to two people, and it's doubtful that either was a manager as the lack of customer service/managerial training was apparent. I even invited one of them to try the meal which funnily enough he declined.

They insisted that there was nothing they could do as they had already prepared the bill. Basically they were not at all concerned that a full plate of food was still on the table because it was inedible. They suggested making me a new dish which I was not at all interested in, also if was now 9 pm.

Bad food sometimes happens, but bad customer service and a don't care attitude should never be tolerated.

I will never visit this...

Went to this place, the one located at welosefer, with family. Very neat, cozy with a nice bar but was disgusted by what i saw, i saw a waitress leaving the restroom with out washing her hands, what disgust me more was after i adress the situation to the manager, which is later learn that was not the real manager, she came to our table and told me that what i told the manager was not right she was in the bathroom using a phone,which is a lie coz i heard a flush sound, regardless i tried to explain it to her she still has to wash her hands since she use the door handle to get in and out the bathroom she has the obligation to do so as an employee, she still insist i'm wrong after i explain it to her and was very disrespectful, the so called manager couldn’t handle the situation, and we left the place with disappointment.Oh did i mention about the towel that she use to clean the tables was hanging out from her back pocket while she was in the rest room? .The employee need to be educated the importance of washing hands. I rather eat in a clean and safe restaurant with no fancy bar and...

I went with my mother for lunch and all I have to say is this;The food was incredibly average. And don't get me started on the service , it is one of the worst I have ever seen. I ordered a cheeseburger and my mom ordered a mixed salad and how many minutes does it take them to make these dishes? Not 20 minutes, Not 30 minutes, Not 40 minutes but 50 FULL minutes. I don't know how the owner of this establishment calls this abomination of a restaurant "exemplary". Overall, my experience in this restaurant was incredibly underwhelming.
