I was staying on the same block and had coffee twice at this location. My understanding is that it’s a chain with several locations in HEL. They have really good coffee and they have free refills! The only downside was that after adding the cold milk in the small cup, the drink is not as hot to my liking. The service on both occasions was efficient and the staff is polite. I recommend this place for breakfast and great coffee.

We love Fazer! Just not this one or at least maybe just not the lady serving on the day of our visit. We had family visiting. We ordered 4 lunch menus. Except that when came time to pay the price was incredibly higher than expected. We asked why and were told that two of the sandwiches we took were not part of the menu. The lady could have told so earlier, knowing that we asked for "menus" showing exactely what was presented on the wall behind her. We didn't want to insist, family visit from far abroad are no time for complaints. Anyways: she used this opportunity to not include any of our 4 lunches in the deal, except we should have had two counted (and anyways I still don't appreciate her misleading us with the...

It’s a good place to have lunch or coffee with pastries. As any Fazer cafe they have delicious and plenty options. The lunch time is also good, salad or soup option. It’s pet friendly. This place have station to change baby diapers, and baby seats, the toilets are clean. The staff is nice and servicial. I totally recommend to visit with friends or family.
