Me and my friends came for a drink and the atmosphere seemed quite nice. However, the customer service was severely lacking. I had accidentally broken a wine glass, which I felt quite embarrassed and bad about as it was a busy restaurant. Before I had even approached the bar a worker (who I assume to be in some sort of managerial position) had been staring at me, so when I told him about the wine glass he glares at me and ignores my inquiry and proceeds to whisper to his coworker, pointing at me. Offered no assistance or answer and completely disregarded me. Another worker, while busy working at the bar offered me a new glass and told me someone would clean it up soon, which I appreciated. I don’t care what your pre conceptions are (we were younger than the usual demographic and the man gave a certain look when I approached him) you treat your customers with respect. Though I acknowledge the wine glass breaking was completely my fault, the response from the worker was uncalled for and rude. Not to mention the fact that no one came and cleaned up the shattered glass on the floor for the hour and half we spent there, which is not only dangerous for us and other customers, but shows their terrible service and...

Avoid this restaurant! There are many other restaurants that are cheaper and much better just around the hotel. Wife and I decided to try this restaurant as it was in the hotel we were staying. Worst meal we had in Finland! Started badly when the waiters just ignore you when you arrive and left us standing at the reception area waiting for someone to seat us. We ordered the Blinis as it was their special this month and the 3 course menu. Told the waitress to serve the Blinis first before the set menu but the Blinis arrived at the same time as the first course of the menu. We had the wine pairing with the menu and the first wine was a sparkling wine that was brought to us in a carafe which means it was poured out of the bottle and then she dumped the wine into wine glasses, not champagne flutes, totally destroying the bubbles and making the wine flat. The main course was a tenderloin with roast potatoes. The tenderloin was ok, nothing great but at least it was the right temperature but the roast potatoes were unbelievably hard! I was a part of group dinner. The food was okish excluding bread which tasted and felt like two days old! But the service was disaster: we had to wait to get first course an hour, service for pour wine was slow and bottles hidden, one guy ordered alcohol-free beer three times until he got it after 50+min waiting. Additionally, we had pre-ordered menus but in some point they told the reindeer is not available. What's the point to sell it on the menu dated for 6.9.22-3.5.23 if it is not available? And why it was not informed to us in advance? And some other hick-ups like missing pepper from one steak (and he waited 15min to get it back), wrong desert for example to me, opened wrong wine bottles in the beginning, not serving milk for the coffee etc etc... Knowing this is a restaurant owned by one of the duopoly participants set my expectations low, but it was even worse than I could imagine for a top location and premium...
