Casa Largo — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

It was late, around 21.00, and restaurants were closing. I was looking for a burger or steak. They had burger, so I ordered the burger sandwich, which was overpriced at 30 euros. I ordered the meat medium plus but the meat came more pink than what I expected. I asked and the waitress confirmed that this is medium plus. I didn’t see how you would still have medium, medium rare and rare if this was the medium plus. Anyway, I ate it and it was tasty. The side potatoes were unfortunately boiled and not fried. The waitress was nice and her service was very good. I also ordered sparkling water and she didn’t charge me for it. Not sure whether this is common in Helsinki,...

Overall I would say it is an okay restaurant but I wouldn’t go again. The food was average, not really worth the high prices. The service was excellent though, kudos to the waitresses. For desert I ordered the popular chocolate cake and almost wanted to laugh when it arrived. This is the smallest piece of cake I have ever been served at a restaurant, it was basically the size of a small chocolate bar. Went for a drink when it appeared to be really busy night. Bar was not prepared and only had two stressed persons working. They took out their frustration on customers, noticed that I was not only on. Women got worse service or as in my case no service at all. Left and went somewhere else where we we treated like humans. Recently when it was quiet night we bought several rounds of drinks in casa largo without problems. But due to recent event we won't be returning. Please, casa largo, do train your stuff to handle customers...
