Cafe Java — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Our family of 7 had a bite to eat here and - not a fan. Great pina colada, but price they charged was higher than what it said on the chalkbord upstairs (this should be corrected to avoid misleading the customers). Server mumbled something about winter and summer prices but still charged the higher price. The milkshake was milk and sugar. Macha latte was great and so was the red velvet cake. Spinach-feta quiche was average but the green salad with tzatziki topping kind of balanced it out. Visited here by chance when in the city just for a day. We were in the area and went by the rating and we were not disappointed! We both ordered a cafe mocha and a ciabatta with mozzarella and tomato. Maybe when you live in Europe this is just a coffee and a sandwich but we found it to be the best coffee and sandwich we've ever eaten. In our trips to subsequent cities, we then tried to find somewhere that would meet the standards set by cafe Java! As a loyal customer i went to Café Java because I wanted to buy two entire big cakes as I had a dinner with many guests . When I went in, there were four clients wearing this Israeli flag and who was working didn’t say anything to them , not even the minimal sentence like” due to the actual circumstances and for the respect of people dying every day , we don’t allow any kind of Flag “ .
