Read moreEnter Tintin's, because attracted by a very Belgian name ... and discover not only delicious Finnish food but all this prepared with care and a lot of love by a couple as beautiful as inspiring coming straight from the beautiful city of Agadir. I was able to taste different breakfasts and a salmon-based lunch which were all as delicious and very tasty as each other. Aissa was very welcoming, letting us taste the specialties of their bakery, advising us on drinks and sharing his experience, his knowledge of Finland as well as good tips for eating in the area and the spots not to be missed in Helsinki. I will definitely miss those cinnamon buns and delicious breakfasts and will be waiting till we meet again.

The service is personable and very accommodating (“Whatever you want” are words I’ve often heard from behind the counter). The quality of the food and baked goods are excellent.
Our daughter, who is originally from Imatra, in eastern Finland, absolutely loves their sourdough rye bread, because it is very authentic. Aha, turns out all their bread is sourdough, AND the sourdough starter Tintin Cafe Bakery uses has been in their family for 100 years.
