Zhao Tea & Taste of Japan — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Quite good taste of tea, however poor service. I bought many times and try many tastes of bubble, so I have some reviews here:

Pros: Affordable price Many options of drink The taste of drinks are good and different I love Rice mochi bubble tea and super taro most.

Cons: Verry poor and low service. No vegan milk or lactose free milk They make mistakes many time with my order’s request and respond as unfriendly service.

Just let you know, Their tea taste is the only reason I want to go back. But I don't understand why they almost always give me wrong. For example, once, I asked for rice mochi boba 25% sugar, no ice, but they gave me 100% sugar. Then, they realized it but the time to close, so the shop was running out of tea, and of course they just apologized unkindly, I gave that cup to my friend because it was too sweet. Another time I still ordered same item and the request was same, they made me a cup with a half of ice, they put it in a plastic bag so when I came out of the store I saw it and I didn't want to waste time anymore. Another time when they messed up with my sugar request, they opened that cup, poured out a bit milk tea and added water and stick it again in front of me, and I felt like they treated it as my fault. That cup of tea was bland and bad. Another time my friend bought me a super taro tea, they replaced the plastic cup into a paper cup so I didn't see the ordinary taro decoration, but when I drank there was hardly any taro inside, unlike previous times a lot of taro makes a cup of milk tea delicious. Hello! i've gone to zhao tea only twice. I've visited both the one at itis and the one at aikatalo. my first experience wasn't the best, i had ordered a classic brown sugar bobo and although it was a busy day i caught the worker pouring water and i couldn't taste the tea anymore, it was flavorless because the worker had put a lot of water and this happened when i went to aikatalo. once zhao tea had opened in itis i decided to visit it and this time it was very calm and didn't seem busy. I ordered for a super taro bobo and it was amazing! Trust me i stirred the tea a lot approximately 20 minutes to dissolve the taro but unfortunately huge chunks of taro couldn't dissolve, they were very sharp as well. These were my own experiences and i understand the place is very busy but next time i might not go for milk...

I don't usually write review, but this time I have to. I had FOOD POISONING at this place. Both my friend and me few hours after drinking the tea, and the bubble tea is the only thing that we had in common!!! I've never had food poisoning at any bubble tea places before. The taste was awful, very artificial and the personnel was very rude to us (not asking anything about how we want the bubble tea, i.e., cold or warm or sugar level and throwing the straws to us). For those people who said that this is the best bubble tea in Helsinki, or they've had, I feel so sorry for you guys cause you've never had good ones... Compare to the one I had before, this...
