Première visite, le repas nous a ravis, surtout mon compagnon qui dit "n'avoir rien mangé d'aussi bon depuis des années". (Je vous rassure, je n'y suis pour rien, ce n'est pas moi qui fait la cuisine 😜). Nous sommes venus à deux reprises sur un laps de temps très court. Pourtant, la carte avait déjà changée, ce qui est positif ! Les choix sont adaptés à tous les goûts. Deuxième visite, idem ! Les cocktails sans alcool sont frais et n'ont pas un gout de sirop comme dans la plupart des autres restaurant. On y sent bien chaque fruits pressés etc... Concernant le personnel, rien à dire ! Toujours souriant, blagueur, à l'aise et efficace, cela fait plaisir à voir ! Je tiens à dire que ce restaurant est capable de miracles, car étant à mes débuts de grossesse, j'accumule les nausées et le dégout pour quasiment tout ce qui est comestible. Pourtant, j'ai réussi à finir mon plat sans aucun soucis, et même avec envie ! Seul côté tragique, un bol de fraises de Carpentras était annoncé sur la carte pour le dessert, mais au moment de me l'apporter, ils n'en avaient plus. Allez dire ça à une femme enceinte ahah 🥲 ! Bien entendu je plaisante, cela arrive, et ce n'est pas étonnant vu la qualité des produits qui donne envie 😉 ! Bref, que du positif ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

The food is amazing. We were a group of 9, each one had an entree, main dish, and dessert... everything tasted great and more importantly, fresh. But this review is not for the food as amazing as it was. The service team were the Mmph! Factor that made the experience memorable. They were patient, kind, and extremely efficient. They were superb! Thank you if you are reading this, it was a wonderful experience.

Fuyez cet endroit si vous ne mangez pas de porc, vous êtes enceinte ou végétarien. Ici il n’y a aucune proposition pour vous (et pourtant le nom du resto est là tomate verte!). Une copine enceinte demande simplement de changer les œufs pochés contre des œufs cuits. Pas possible. Elle ne peut pas commander (pas de porc, pas de poisson) et est obligée de prendre un café. La responsable vient nous voir en disant qu’ elle nous enlève la table car on est 3 mais que deux à manger (sous prétexte de suivre les règles sanitaires, mais je croyais que plus on est éloignés mieux c’est...). Seulement après beaucoup d’insistance elle arrive à convaincre le cuisinier de faire 2 œufs au plat que nous payons au prix d’un brunch. Je demande un café noisette à la place de espresso imposé dans le menu. Ils me font payer un supplément de 70c pour cracher une goutte de lait dans mon café. Pendant tout le repas nous n’avons pas eu droit à un seul sourire (pas la peine de mettre des masques transparents). Comment ruiner un endroit cosy et qui sert de bons plats à cause d’une rigidité mentale sans égal. En ce moment d’incertitude, allez manger dans un petit resto où vous sentez la chaleur humaine .On en a tous besoin.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants we ate at during our 10 days in France. The chef did an amazing job of mixing some very traditional French dishes with local fresh products that were in season and helped to bring a modern twist to delicious classical dishes. The staff were incredibly helpful and gracious, willing to help us switch an order last minute, and helping to pour our bottle of wine specifically as the winemaker had apparently requested (not directly from the bottle because of the sediment...). I had the mushroom special menu which consisted of 4 parts. The first was called "Amuse Bouche" and was a butternut squash soup with a mushroom. The entree was a puff pastry disk topped with another variety of mushroom, a poached egg and tahini sauce. The main was a cut of lamb that was very tender, well spiced and cooked medium rare with a small side of another mushroom. Finally, dessert was a white mousse with mushrooms and a small side of marinated grapes. The server was extremely patient with an English speaking customer and gave us prompt, professional and friendly service. A very good restaurant. She also recommended an excellent read wine to pair with our meal. A bit on the pricey side...

We loved this place so much we went back on our last night after being recommended to go on our first night. The food was incredible. When a place can take a carrot dish and you order it twice and are trying to recreate it, you know you’re good. We had the ravioli and a few fish specials. We ate both in and out and LOVED everything about this spot from the wine to our food and our lemon honey ginger teas to end the meal and boost our immune systems before our travels the next day.
