However, my experience fell short. Despite being pricier than McDonald's, the lack of service was noticeable—no one to assist, just a self-service setup. Plus, they skimped on the essentials, handing out a single tiny fork and a lone paper napkin for larger orders.

My burger was flavorsome, yet the promised mozzarella could've easily been another cheese—hard to tell. It's not about the misrepresentation but the inability to distinguish.

The fries? Overcooked, but thankfully not drowning in oil. Nevertheless, they missed the mark on taste.

The croc, or the 'winter something' as they call it, stood out as the highlight, but disappointingly petite.

I don’t know where all the good reviews are coming from. We went here today at their opening time 19.00. We ordered 2 burgers, I asked the person taking our order which kind of sauce the burger has, he rudely replied to me saying I don’t know I didn’t taste it… He could have explained in a nice way or ask another person. In the end my burger tasted like fish and I didn’t like it at all, the fries were also extremely over cooked, not eatable. I couldn’t enjoy anything and got a horrible treatment and paid 32€. Decent burgers though the buns are way too big. Slightly under seasoned meat but it was well cooked. Fries however are legit. Really good mix of soft and fluffy ones and crunchy too. Good to have multiple sauces offered which were all good.

Kids menu is very generous, large burger, fries and drink with a surprise, the boy got a rocket lolly which he was thrilled with.

Top marks for the day in Annecy that took this to a 5* review was the guy on the counter who spoke great English and served us with a smile...
