I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to your restaurant. The appetizers were very small in portion compared to their high price. The tabbouleh portion was extremely small, and we were shocked when it arrived - the portion size was not shown on the order screen and it is definitely not worth the price. The grape leaves were clearly from a can - something that should never be served in a restaurant of this price range. The chicken shawarma had an unpleasant flavor.
This was by far the most disappointing dining experience l've had in this mall. The quality, taste, and service were far below expectations, and the prices do not reflect what is offered. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend anyone...

When we confronted her about this and the poor hygiene conditions, she became hostile, yelling and using offensive language instead of addressing the issue. She even refused to replace our food. This place is completely disrespectful to customers. Avoid at all costs! An update for the costumer service: The incident happened on 1st February,...

To top it off, the service was slow and our table was dirty when we sat down.
Overall, I don’t...
