BAR DU CHANGE — Restaurant in Avignon

Nice spot for the locals. We stopped for lunch, and weren’t disappointed. Most eateries seem to close for lunch at around 2pm, so our options were limited, but this was open. The menu changes daily and is displayed on boards at the front. Food was simple, tasty and really good value. Staff were friendly and the service was good. It was a chilled way to spend an hour or so, particularly as it was raining at the time, so we were outdoors but...

We stumbled upon this place and stayed for an Aperitif.

We saw guests at the table next to us having the „plat du jour“ which looked great so we had one, too.

It was absolutely good and down to earth food (tarte with asparagus & parmigiano) for under 10€.

Friendly staff, good coffee and bakery. We went to have a brunch and they had put up the sign with the specials but when we went to order the kitchen was still closed. I think they should only put the sign up if they were already serving those, it would be the logical...
