The worst customer service ever. The owner/manager or whom else can be this arrogant person that is so proud about himself and his "restaurant" and has such an ego, that he completely forgot how one should speak with customers.
We booked a table and when we came there we saw free tables outside. He said that all booked from 21-21:30. It was just a simple question - if we can seat there and have our food, cause it's just 19:15 and we have no intention to stay all night, just want to have food and then relax at home. Simple question, isn't it? But not for him! He started showing us brasserie on the opposite side saying that in HIS restaurant people should stay at least one and a half hour to have a food, and YOU should go to a brasserie to have your food fast (showing all his disrespect while saying that).
DO NOT recommend - so many other places with people who can respect you as a client that and have a perfect service and a perfect food.
That' just another TOURIST TRAP: high prices, no respect for a customer, and as some commented here the food not worth the price (the last I can't confirm cause we haven't that honor even to try it).
AVOID!! Don't spoil wonderful Burgundy experience visiting places like that spoiled by excessive...

Although it took some time before our food arrived, we enjoyed our lunch here very much. We did find it a bit odd though that after our server brought the wine bottles to the table and poured our glasses, she just left the opened bottles on our table for more than twenty minutes. We ordered a second glass of wine and I was curious to see if she would pour our glass from the same bottle, but she opened a new bottle.
I got the impression our server was a bit overwhelmed because she was the only server on site. But the great food and excellent wines made...
Read moreI came alone and all the couples that arrived at the same time or later got far faster service. I consistently felt ignored compared to the attention others were receiving. I ordered a pork dish that was the specialty of the house and ended up with tuna... I get that cochon and thon may sound the same but the grey piece of meat could have been either or. It took me at least 10 minutes to flag down the waiter to ask about my order. Since I already started the tuna and it was pretty good I kept it. They comped me a beer but the tuna was at least that much more than the pork. I think the customer service...
