One of the BEST restaurants in Beaune. The food is so fresh, full of flavour and reasonably priced. They do Pizza and Pasta all homemade!

The service is wonderful, the waiters speak really good english and were so accommodating especially on our first visit when we had not booked.

The atmosphere is romantic, right by the square sun shining in through the open front with a light breeze.

Extensive wine list, alternative drinks and then a decent sized menus with something for everyone!

Nous sommes passés, avec ma compagne a Beaune en transit, et notre choix s'est porté sur un hôtel en centre ville.

Nous avons choisi ce restaurant italien après etre passé devant une quinzaine d'autres, avant tout parce que je suis végétarien et que, malgré ce que semble penser certaines personnes, les tarifs restent dans la moyenne mais avec une cuisine saine et soignée, un accueil vraiment agréable et avenant et un service plutot "humain", non commercial si je puis dire.

La pizza végétarienne est fine, très aérienne et goûteuse. La pâte ne m'a pas du tout donné cette sensation de lourdeur, ce poids au ventre a la fin du repas. Les ingrédients sont frais et n'ont pas le goût d'un fromage premier prix qui habituellement recouvre des ingrédients fades et insipides pour en cacher la piètre qualité. Ma compagne a pris des ravioles avec une sauce blanche, et c'est tout juste si elle n'a mangé l'assiette. Le choix du vin, local, était particulièrement judicieux et de très bonne signature. Quand au dessert, une tuerie.

Tout ça pour 30e par personne.

Alors râler pour le plaisir de râler, perso j'adore, mais pour faire marrer la galerie, pas pour emm....der les autres ou les critiquer gratuitement. Je suis très rarement aussi dithyrambique avec les restaurants mais là c'est mérité.

Fantastic couple of hours at this fabulous restaurant. We were very lucky to secure three seats at the bar as we hadn't realised that it is vital to book due to the restaurant's popularity. Staff worked incredibly hard to make our time there excellent. Food was delicious. Superb pizza tomatoe sauce and bolognaise. Highly recommend the panacotta for dessert. Make a booking and enjoy a great meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this...
