I came twice to this place during my holiday for Bordeaux. The first time was in an evening. I had the Pacific Flora with salmon. It was perfection. The dish was freshly made. The salmon was very tasty with the sweet soja dressing I chose (came in a cute little bottle). The avocado was soft and mango sweet. It has a lovely decorated salted fromage frais on top with a raspberry. The 2 chefs were very friendly and chatty. They offered me to go upstairs (even though there was no one upstairs at the stage) and started the air-conditioning there for me. The ambiance is very cool with the furniture and decoration. I enjoyed the chilled music/songs they play. When I finished my meal, I got a chia pudding with mango puree to take-away as I thought it will be well made in place like this. It was delicious.
The second time I came for lunch. I had the Pacific Flora again. The meal was nice and the ambiance still cool. However there were a couple of teething issues as this is a newly opened restaurant. First I had to wait a while to pay before getting my dish. There were 2 groups of people in front of me. The staff assembled the food in reasonable time. However each person in each group took their time to choose the drink or side dish. A solution could be to have a second till so that another staff can help take payments when the queue is getting long. Second the rice I had was a bit hard compared to the first time. They should ensure to keep a consistent quality on each item of the dish. Overall I still had a lovely meal and would come back if I am again...
