This is definitely not Korean authentic food. I know Korean food more than any other people. I can’t understand and would like to ask people who wrote reviews that this place is Korean authentic food. It’s absolutely not. Kimchi which is one of Korean common dishes, and people eat daily base. However, this place served really old and saggy texture which usually makes kimchi stew. Meat quality wasn’t great, and portion was pretty small. We ordered Korean fried chicken and the sauce wasn’t sure which one they used (definitely not the traditional gochujang sauce not sure what it even was). This thoughtful act of kindness reflected the overall attentive and warm service we experienced throughout our meal.

Since I have been living out of Korea many years, I just focused to order the fresh menu which is pork, vegetables, and Kimchi BBQ. The meat quality was good and the vegetables for SSAM was very fresh too. I see some Korean reviewed some menu not authentic, but it should be because the restaurant’s main customers are French. The taste should be changed for the taste of French. For me, if you know how to order, it’s the perfect place to eat the fresh BBQ when you miss...
