I am very sorry that you are not able to respond as true professionals and accept criticism. I did not want to offend you; I only shared my honest opinion about the food, which was impossible to chew and simply lifeless, not to mention the taste. One does not need to be a food expert to realize when a dish is not good.
Before coming to your restaurant, I had actually read many positive reviews and expected to discover a true culinary gem. That is why I left my review - because, believe me, I have been to many restaurants, both Michelin-starred and ordinary ones, and I can clearly tell the difference between food that can be eaten and food that cannot.
Perhaps you should reflect when you collect four plates that were left almost untouched -clearly tried but impossible to eat. This is not a coincidence when four people could not finish their dishes. Maybe it was simply an unlucky day for your kitchen.
