GRIZZLY - SMASH BURGER & FRIES — Restaurant in Boulogne-sur-Mer

My family and I live in, and are visiting from England, but we are Americans. In Boulangé -sur-Mur, we found this little restaurant on google and decided to try it. The owner/chef and his family were very friendly and happy to serve us their food. Grizzley’s is advertised as an American cuisine restaurant, so we were interested and happily surprised! We had a variety of menu items including burgers, chicken sandwiches and nuggets as well as fries, cheese fries, and onion rings. As a family of burger loving Americans, I can tell you this place has some of the best we’ve ever eaten! The burgers were perfectly put together with just the right amount of each ingredient lying in the middle of a perfect bun! The combination was a tasty delight. I would highly recommend a stop here if you want to taste a truly American burger. We will definitely stop here again if we are in this region again....

Don’t be fooled by this tiny hole-in-the-wall — it proves that great flavor doesn’t need a big kitchen. After a full day at the aquarium, our three young kids were exhausted and starving. The smash burgers disappeared in seconds! Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and tasting just like home (U.S.), they hit the spot. honestly lovely family owned cosy burger restaurant, yes it may be small inside but has an outdoor area. Super super nice people and put great effort and pride into their food. I highly recommend giving this place a go even if you have doubts. The food was top level, and also id say for the quality the price should be more.
