La Folie — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

We stopped in to La Folie after dinner during our visit to Colmar. It's a very charming bar just outside the historical center of Colmar, but worth a walk if you want to experience something more authentic in the city.

The wine list is small but curated, so you are sure to find some gems that are personally recommended by the owner. They also serve cocktails.

We noticed several couples enjoying a night together, so this does seem to be a great spot for a date or quiet romantic evening.

If you want a chill wine bar to have a great glass of wine or champagne and some tasty bites this is the off the tourist path place to be. Flo- is an excellent host and can recommend anything to suit your palette and needs. The bar is decorated with cool and comfortable seating. Un de nos endroits préférés, tout simplement. La Folie, c’est bien plus qu’un bar : c’est une parenthèse, un vrai moment de coupé du reste du monde, une bulle ou se sentir privilégié ! L’ambiance cosy et chill nous transporte dès qu’on passe la porte. Les produits sont d’une qualité irréprochable, avec une mention spéciale pour leur sélection de champagnes et de gins, toujours servis avec goût et générosité. Les planchettes et les huîtres sont également excellentes.

Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est Florian et son associé, souriants, attentionnés, et toujours de bon conseil. Ils savent écouter, s’adapter à nos envies, et rendre chaque passage unique. On ne vient pas juste boire un verre, on vit une expérience personnalisée.

Un lieu rare, tenu par des gens passionnés. Merci pour chaque moment passé chez vous.
