CHEAPEST RESTAURANT IN DIJON CITY CENTER? We are probably talking about one of the best hidden restaurants in Dijon downtown. This place is a charming little restaurant with some tables aswell in the outside where one can enjoy a lovely food while enjoying the charming atmosphere of this french city. The menu is very small but I can tell every single dish I tried is worth ordering it. The prices range between 9 and 12€ and one can be full after eating it. The glasses of wine and cakes are 3€ each, full of flavor and tradition. In addition, the waiters were extremely nice and welcoming to foreigners.

Looking for a place for an early lunch as a solo female travller and saw this place had a lot of men who looked like local workmen sitting outside. For me this is always a good sign if locals are using it for lunch. Had a delicious meal. Limited menu which again for me is a sign that what they do is good and fresh. Hotel Le Jacquemart made a very pleasant break in the long journey from the French Alps to Calais. The welcome at reception was friendly and efficient.
