LICHI — Restaurant in Dijon

I was in line at the other tea place in town but looked up their menu and saw that they only had one tea drink on their menu. So I quickly looked up this place and stepped out of line.

The boba is so yummy! It’s chewy and reminds me of taro balls at Meet Fresh. The owners advised that the drink I was going to order wasn’t super tea based, so they helped me choose another. They were so sweet and everything is made to order so it takes a little bit of time.

Super clean inside and I appreciate the seating by the window. Also love that they use a paper boba straw.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The people who run it are so lovely! The tea was delicious but the stand out is the mochi. I bought a lychee and a mango one and my goodness me! I’ve not had fresh mochi before, just the commercial ones, these were like eating clouds filled with fruit! Juicy fruity bites in cream all wrapped by the softest mochi skin- heaven. It’s clear these guys take great care with what they provide. Only in Dijon for a couple days and will make sure I go back tomorrow to try the jian bing and of course...
