What a disappointment. We absolutely loved this place last year, everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the service. Sadly, this time was a completely different experience.
We were served by a long-haired waiter who was rude, unaccommodating, and made no effort to explain the menu or the dishes we ordered. For such a beautiful and renowned place, the lack of professionalism was shocking.
Even worse, the staff started clearing and clinking glasses around us while we were still seated, creating an unpleasant and rushed atmosphere. It felt like they couldn’t wait for us to leave.
The only positive notes: a kind and helpful female waitress and the food, which was truly excellent. Congratulations to the chef, who seems to be the only one doing their job properly.

Despite the restaurant being empty, we were asked to “wait 2 minutes.” Those two minutes turned into over 10 minutes, with no explanation or effort to seat us. It was clear there was no real interest in serving us.
