Very good food and fast service.

The menu makes no sense. The manager of the place have some problems with Maths.

We took 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, 2 coffees and a 1 L bottle of Acqua Panna.

1 L Acqua Panna @ 8 Euro in this location is not acceptable.

The two coffee had to be included.

We did not ask any extra.

Mathematics

If ordered singularly:

Starter / Main course + coffee : 29 Euro

Dessert: 9 Euro

Tot: 38 Euro

For the same we were charged 44.5 Euro + 6 Euro and 44.5 Euro + 8 Euro.

We did not ask for any EXTRA as specified in the menu.

We had to pay 76 Euro + water we ended up paying 111 Euro instead.

If you look better they specify that the menu of starter/main course/dessert is priced at 42 Euro without coffee.

But this makes no sense cause I can get a Starter / main course + coffee @ 29 Euro + dessert at 9 Euro for a total of 38 Euro included of coffee.

Summarizing...

Food overall is great. The only thing that I don’t like about this restaurant is the way the waiter took our order.

I understand and respect that every restaurant has its own rules of ordering and charging, but I just got very confused and totally lost when the waiter first explained to us how to take order.

He got pretty annoyed when we asked him to explain again. But for him, they are just same old rules that he has explained hundred times; but for me, 1) I don’t think I’m the only one who got confused by the way he explains it 2) it could happen to every first-timer here.

I would have rated it 5 stars if the waiter could have been more friendly and patient with people who don’t...

The food was absolutely wonderful here! We recommend the restaurant very much for anyone having a short stay in Cannes. The fresh catches of the day like lobster are very nice. The meat is very tender and tasty, so also very good. The squid starter was one of the best squid dishes we have had jn france! The desserts were also very good, but the cheeses weren’t exactly to my taste as it was just goat’s cheese. However, the creme brulée was wonderful!
