Le Street — Restaurant in Grasse

A total scam. Worst quatro fromaggi pizza I have ever tasted. Even dominos can do better. And the simple Marguerita pizza is far away from good either. I do not understand why this restaurant can get 4.8 at the time we had our meal. A one-star from me is a compliment already.

Besides, the price goes up to more than doubling of the normal non-film-festival price (you can see the price in the first picture in the back and what we paid in the second pic). The lady was honest enough to admit that they raised the price during the festival but I cannot still understand the raison since it’s not a public holiday and your rent/labor costs do not raise along with the film festival. I thought at first it was the common practice here in Cannes but we haven’t seen another restaurant that practises the same thing so blutantly. I recently visited Cannes for two days. On both days we dined in Le Street as the food and service were exceptional.
