Forgot our order and tried to get us dessert after appetizer, forgetting our entrees. We asked and waited over an hour. we asked about our order again and waited another 30 min for raw food, we tried to cancel and they said okay then 20 min later brought it out while we were leaving and charged us for food we didn’t want. Been a ton during Cannes lions and the worst experience ever. Hostess was yelling at us and being so horrible. We asked for check and then another 15 min later we had to ask again because they forgot. We have worked in the service industry for years and specifically France. If they had just taken accountability then it would have been fine but they blamed us and charged us for food we didn’t have. So inattentive we could have walked away but we chose to stay and pay to be the better people. $75 for an appetizer and two drinks. Horrible.
Update: their response is a lie. We ordered food and waited over an hour with our appetizer sitting untouched for 30 minutes. We cancelled the food and then they brought it out 20 minutes later. We asked for the check multiple times. We did not want to waste the food and have them throw it out so we took it to give to the homeless community. Also we did not have three dishes with us when we left and we had eaten the appetizer when it arrived, we had our two entrees we tried to cancel after waiting an hour. I’m happy to post a photo of the bill. I do come to Cannes and patronize your restaurant a lot, your staff was so rude my friend left in tears. All that was needed was for you to take a second to apologize for the wait and that you forgot and we would have understood rather than lying and trying to blame us for thinking it was strange tables around us were sitting 45 minutes after us and getting hot entrees while we waited over an hour for a poke bowl (raw and no cooking) and 4 shrimp (2 minutes...

Update: following on from La Rosana’s lies that I was given a replacement meal, this was not true. They did not offer to remake the meal, I sat there hungry and then they tried to charge me for it. In their response they have lied and said I was given a replacement “and I ate it”. Their response should say everything you should know about this restaurant. The worst meal we had in Cannes by far.
Service was dire and the eggs in the Eggs Benedict were barely cooked and had shell in them. I had a few bites and regrettably sent it back. Upon getting the bill they had still included the Eggs Benedict on the bill but had taken off the price of the two coffees we had - which was less than the price of the eggs Benedict. He told me the eggs were cooked (see photo), but they just weren’t cooked to my preference. It’s how they cook them in France apparently which is very very odd as they look completely different on their Instagram. According to him, poached eggs are just cold, runny goop in France with shell in it.
Told him we would pay for the coffee but why should we pay for the eggs Benedict when it was not edible? He brought back the bill with the Eggs Benedict removed but with additional costs added on to make it more expensive than the original bill he brought over. Awful awful place.

Read moreI don’t recommend this place, I got food poisoning after dinner and lay with stomach pain all night. My pasta was doused with alcohol - this is an incorrect cooking technology. I tried my cocktail - and it remained intact - the taste of sour beer. I did not return the main course and cocktail out of politeness. And I felt sorry for the waitress girl, she was nice. I decided to order dessert and tea. The tea was delicious. The dessert was terrible: the dough inside was raw. I felt pain in my stomach. But we got up and left, even thanked him out of politeness and to avoid negativity. however, after a night spent with stomach pain, I decided to write to the manager on Instagram. And instead of apologies, I heard complaints and insults. this is very disappointing. I am forced to write here to protect other visitors.
