Nestled atop the magnificent Le Roof Restaurant Panoramique, my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped foot into this culinary haven, I was transported to a world where taste and pleasure intertwined, and where Louise, the exceptional server, acted as a genuine culinary nurse, tending to the needs of her patrons with utmost care and charm.
The food at Le Roof Restaurant Panoramique can only be described as a "medicine" for the soul. Each dish presented was a symphony of flavors that danced upon my palate, leaving me speechless and rejuvenated. The culinary artists behind the scenes must surely possess a profound understanding of gastronomy, as every element on my plate seemed to be handpicked for its ability to cure through taste. The combination of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, expertly crafted into delectable masterpieces, made for a culinary experience like no other. I found myself savoring every morsel, and with each bite, any stress or worries seemed to melt away. The restaurant's commitment to delivering an unparalleled gastronomic journey is commendable, and the credit goes to the culinary team for their exceptional talent and passion.
While the food was undoubtedly the star of the show, the service provided by Louise was nothing short of impeccable. In my extensive experience as a restaurant critic, I have encountered numerous servers, but none have left such an indelible mark as Louise did. She exudes warmth and genuine care for her guests, much like a compassionate nurse attending to her patients. From the moment she greeted me with a smile that radiated kindness, I felt at ease, knowing I was in capable hands.
Louise's attentiveness and efficiency were exemplary, striking the perfect balance between promptness and allowing me to savor each course without feeling rushed. Her ability to anticipate my needs and preferences was uncanny, as she effortlessly guided me through the menu, offering insightful suggestions that elevated my dining experience even further. Her knowledge of the dishes and their preparation showcased a dedication to her craft and a desire to ensure each guest had an unforgettable time.
What sets Louise apart, however, is her infectious charm. She possesses a natural charisma that makes her not just an exceptional server, but also a delightful companion throughout the meal. Her genuine interest in engaging with her guests created a warm and welcoming ambiance that permeated the entire dining room. Her smile lit up the room and left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross paths with her.
It is without hesitation that I implore the management of Le Roof Restaurant Panoramique to recognize Louise's extraordinary contributions and grant her the well-deserved promotion she has earned. Her exceptional service, combined with her innate ability to make guests feel cherished, is an asset that will undoubtedly continue to elevate the reputation of this already remarkable establishment. Promoting Louise will not only acknowledge her outstanding efforts but also demonstrate the restaurant's commitment to providing a dining experience that is truly unparalleled.
In conclusion, my visit to Le Roof Restaurant Panoramique was a mesmerizing journey of flavors and emotions, with the food acting as a curative "medicine" for the senses and Louise as the nurturing "nurse" for the soul. Together, they have created a dining experience that transcends mere meals, leaving a lasting impression that will beckon me back for more. With Louise at the helm, the restaurant is destined for even greater heights, and I eagerly await my next visit to this gastronomic sanctuary.

Read moreVery Disappointing dining experience. The positive - the receptionist and the three servers / waiters we interacted with were fantastic. However the food, particularly our main course, was unacceptable. My veal dish had an ounce of meat that sat on top of a big pile of mashed potatoes. See photo. My husbands cod was also a bit of cod mixed in with a large pile of mashed potatoes. So for $40 an entree your basically eating mashed potatoes. Avoid these entrees. The burrata appetizer was delicious. But pricey at $50 for one portion. The restaurant itself needs a major updating. The wall to wall carpeting and the worn out tables with glass / water stains all look old and need to be replaced. As does the attitude of the host and the chef, who seemed very defensive when we brought the quality issues to his attention. They did comp my dish and offered free dessert, which we declined because at that point we were done with the...
Read moreVery poor experience. Me and my friend ordered a margarita and a pornstar martini, they tasted like slightly flavoured water. As the cocktails were basically un drinkable I politely expressed I wasn’t happy with paying €36 for them. Instead of offering us a different drink or any sort of discount the manager argued with us and implied I wasn’t a real bartender. His behaviour was very condescending and rude, I insisted we at least be offered a new drink since we couldn’t drink our cocktails and we then received a wine after basically having the manager argue with us. We quickly drank our wine and left, as we were leaving the staff asked how our experience was and we said not very good. The manager followed us to the lift and continued ranting at us and told us to read the positive google reviews. Not sure why there is any...
