May be the most disappointing gastronomic experience I had in a few years. The service was awful. Waiters were impatient, making no efforts to speak English or simply being pleasant. Do not expect a smile, or any questions regarding your overall experience. We had to serve ourself our wine as nobody was really caring our glasses were empty. Worst, after taking ourself the bottle from the bucket, there were no feeling of shame, no apologies, nothing.
Then come the food... For appetizers, we order a burata and some caviar. The quality of the burata was just bad. Lack of taste, unpleasant consistence. We will have a better experience buying a cheap burata at a discount supermarket. The caviar was way too soft and not tasty. Our main dish was a sole meuniĂšre with steamed veggies. The fish was ok - not salted but ok. The veggies had no savor and were overcooked.

   Read moreThe service was great but the toilet was far away from the tables and one door was hard for me (i m a 8yrs old child) to pull .The food was good, I got wagyu beef (it had potatoes both mashed and boiled, the sauce for me was good and there was sweetbread on top, there was also fresh shaved truffles on the potatoes). The asparagus was my complaint about the meal as it was cooked al dente - I prefer white asparagus to be well cooked and soft. The meat was a bit dry, could be more juicy. The desert was Sphere chocolate which is like a chocolate mousse which I thought it was going to melt and have ice cream which was a bit disappointing as none was delivered. ExpĂ©rience client et de nos invitĂ©s dĂ©plorable pour un Ă©tablissement comme le vĂŽtre. Une attente non justifiĂ©e pour attendre nos apĂ©ritifs puis rĂ©sultat ils arrivent en dĂ©caler (6 invitĂ©s). Lors de la rĂ©servation on nous demande de venir au plus tard Ă 19h30 pour un apĂ©ro servi Ă plus de 20h30 en dĂ©caler lors du service !
La salle quasi vide, ce qui ne justifie donc pas tout ce désagrément.
Puis les plats arrivent tous en décaler également avec 2 chateaubriand servis froid (sauce et viande et garniture gelées !), nous sollicitons le chef de rang pour remplacer nos assiettes, en parallÚle je constate que nos invités non pas les garnitures des plats commandés donc je les invite à commencer le repas encore en décaler.
AprĂšs 15 minutes dâattente, nos plats arrivent de nouveau, la cuisson non respectĂ©e (saignant Ă la base et servi bien cuit) puis de nouveau 2 portions de frite servies froides et qui arrivent 10 minutes aprĂšs le plat ! Déçue, je jette lâĂ©ponge et accepte nos viandes mĂ©diocre en terme de cuisson et un sentiment de rĂ©chauffĂ© Ă la salamandre. Je nâai pas osĂ© dire Ă mon mari que mon plat Ă©tait Ă©galement froid ainsi que sa garniture mais je ne pas me manifester pour ne pas encore gĂącher ce moment important en famille. Jâinforme vos Ă©quipes de ma dĂ©ception mais aucune prĂ©sence de manager avec qui Ă©changer sur cette expĂ©rience mĂ©diocre. Mon mari a dirigĂ© pendant des annĂ©es une maison de gastronomie française (Dalloyau) et Ă©tant clients rĂ©guler de vos restaurants, je pensais ne pas prendre de risque et dâĂȘtre déçue en venant Ă la belle Ă©poque de Deauville, jâaurais du me rendre dans le groupe Bourdoncle.
